I have heard of many consumers that were – apparently Monster Travel referred thousands of consumers to TESS, for which TESS were paid handsomely.

But here’s the thing.

  • How many of those have successfully relinquished their timeshares – actually had confirmation from their timeshare company that this has happened?
  • How many have paid fees – but could have actually relinquished for free under terms that they were not told about?
  • How many were told they might win substantial compensation  – but haven’t seen any evidence of legal actions to obtain it?
  • How many are now left with a so called ‘Leisure Credits’ product (Monster Credits) that they paid thousands for, didn’t want and can’t do anything with?
